Of the 3 main bodies of Body, Soul, and Spirit, Spirit feels like the most subtle. Each of us has distortions in every one of these realms, but depending on your life themes, how these distortions play out depends on your karma.

I was experiencing what the Seer Almine refers to as a spiritual orgasm. This occurs when we are overtaken by intense beauty, an experience so uplifting that we levitate, either physically or mentally, in an overwhelming state of praise.

It had become clear to us that we were supposed to work on the realm of Spirit (one of the three main bodies, alongside Body and Soul), the realm that governs our morality, ideals, purpose, and traditions like religion.
